Service Description

This seminar will give you and your team the knowledge and confidence to effectively manage employee medical leave(s) and/or accommodation(s). Topics include: 1) the rights and responsibilities of both employers and employees, 2) managing medical information in the workplace, 3) a review of case law that supports this work, and 4) best practices to ensure legislated requirements are being met while obtaining the information you need.
